چکیده
Background: The global prevalence and disability of skin subcutaneous diseases have grown annually in recent decades. Large-scale epidemiologic data is useful for better characterization disease to create more impactful sustainable interventions.
Methods: We assessed multiple trends from 1990 2017 195 countries worldwide through the latest Global Burden Disease Study results 2017.
Results:Skin grew 46.8% between ranked fourth by incidence all causes disease. There variation burden when stratified age, sex, geographic regions, sociodemographic index. Many regions experience disproportionately elevated certain subcategories Wealthier generally experienced highest age-standardized rates disease.
Conclusion: incidence, prevalence, are increasing among groups. This may improve our understanding direct funding resources reduce disparities.
